Over 3 million people are victims of domestic abuse each year in the United States. 4,000 of them were murdered. 95% are women. Typically, women don’t believe there is an escape and friends don’t know how to help. Girls are raised to believe that they’ll find the perfect man, Prince Charming. Often their Prince Charming turns out to breathe fire, whether it’s emotional abuse with words or physical abuse. The print ad campaign contrasts the illusions of well-known fairytales with the shocking statistics of reality.
