ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS

The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requires that social, economic and environmental impacts be assessed along with the need for a safe and efficient transportation system.

The Idaho Transportation Department is meeting this requirement by completing environmental studies on the U.S. 95 Thorncreek Road to Moscow project and preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).

This section contains the reports completed for the project so far.
